Practical, personalised tools for mental health and trauma recovery.
The programme

WRAP is our core mental health and trauma recovery programme. Many of the women we support have lived through migration trauma, domestic violence or other life crises, often without ever having the space to process what they have been through.
WRAP gives them practical, personalised tools to understand their own wellbeing, recognise triggers and build coping strategies that work for their own life, helping them manage day to day and rebuild confidence over time.
AWEF is not a regulated legal-advice provider. Where a matter needs regulated legal or specialist professional advice, we signpost you to qualified professionals.
AWEF is not an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger, call 999. If you cannot speak, press 55 when prompted.
