Training for driven, self-motivated women.
Delivered with experienced community developers and consultants, this training programme is built for women from the African diaspora who want to step into advocacy and leadership roles with real confidence.
It covers practical knowledge as well as mindset: how committees and governance work, how to volunteer effectively, and how to speak up for your community with authority in the UK context.
